In his infinite wisdom, Gray Davis decided to sign a bill eliminating the old California Boards (with an overall pass rate of 50%), with the much, much easier Naplex (North American Pharmacy Licensure Examination). How much easier? Well, I've been working on getting licensed in Hawaii for the last half year, and finally got around to taking the exam. Now I'm not the smartest guy in the world, and it's been a while since I last opened a textbook, but I still managed a whopping 130 (passing=75). God save California.
