Random thoughts on a Monday morning:

1) Snakes on a Plane. Anybody know what this movie is about?

2) Watched Eraserhead for the first time over the weekend. Weird even for a David Lynch movie? Definitely weird...

3) Dinner at the only Swiss restaurant in the OC on Friday. How Swiss was it? Our waiter had a French accent..but they did have Dole on the wine list. We did not risk it.

4) Total New Balance miles for last week: 14

Snakes on a Plane is about Snakes on a Plane. Did I win?!

No prize for you! Correct answer *with appropriate punctuation* is:

"Snakes. On a plane"

or for bonus points:

"$#)(*ing snakes on a $#)(*ing plane." C'mon now. This is a Samuel Jackson flick.

I didn't realize there was such a small margin for error on this one. Foiled again!

Punctuation. Rocks.

Hey, has anybody seen Deep Blue Sea? It's just like Snakes on a Plane, only with Sharks...and not on a plane. Samuel L. Jackson gets eaten by a shark in the middle of a passionate pep talk.

Thing namers: Any idea what the working title for "Snakes on a Plane" was?

Wait for it...

Snakes on a Plane.

On a related note, the theme song
was written before the movie (minus a couple of lines about snakes).

We did actually know that one re: the working title. The web protest happened when the brilliant marketers tried to change away from that name to "Pacific Air Flight 121".

Yay marketing!
